Format your existing equipment list to quickly start using your Smart Safety Pro System

The link above is the template with all the headers the system users to upload data to the equipment table. There are seven (7) required fields that are highlighted in green, and all other fields are optional if you would like to use those additional features. The field names are the technical names used in the database and don't always match what you will see on the website:

  • Organization - this is the organization name that is set up in your system at yoursitename.smartsafetypro.com/organization/1 . Spelling must match exactly.
  • Division - this is the hierarchy name of the division to which the equipment belongs. In most cases, this is the top node so that the equipment is available where needed. Spelling must match exactly. You can see the divisions that are in your system here: yoursitename.smartsafetypro.com/site-map.
  • Campus - this is the campus name associated with the site where the equipment is located. Spelling must match exactly. You can see the divisions that are in your system here: yoursitename.smartsafetypro.com/campus. 
  • Facility - this is the site name where the equipment is located. Spelling must match exactly. You can see the divisions that are in your system here: yoursitename.smartsafetypro.com/sites.
  • Floor - this is the floor name of the zone at the site where the equipment is located. Spelling must match exactly. You can see the floors that are in your system here: yoursitename.smartsafetypro.com/floors.
  • Zone - this is the zone name where the equipment is located. Spelling must match exactly. You can see the zones that are in your system here: yoursitename.smartsafetypro.com/zones. 
  • Equipment Name - this is the name that will show on all reports and screens through the website and mobile app for the equipment. The name must be unique within each zone, but it is recommended that equipment names always be unique to make sure you have the right equipment in the right location when you have many multiples of the same equipment.
