System (Component Level) Inspection Workflow Roles

Smart Safety Pro has two defined roles for the system inspection workflow.

All roles are limited by the scope of the user assignment - Users with assignments to the highest hierarchy node will see everything in the system, whereas a user with an assignment to a single site will only see what is at that site - but the permissions below will apply to everything in their scope

System (Combustion) Admins are allowed to:

  • create and update system-wide configurations on the admin screen, including questions and templates for all inspections.

  • create and update equipment, equipment groups, equipment zones, and components.
  • generate and review custom reports.

  • create and update all users in scope.

  • create and perform inspections on demand.

  • schedule and assign inspections.
  • create issues, assign and perform corrective actions.

System (Combustion) Users are allowed to:

  • create and perform inspections on demand.
  • create and update equipment, equipment groups, equipment zones, and components.
  • view inspections in their scope.
  • create issues, assign and perform corrective actions.
